Baked Pork Chop recipes – keep the Yummy

½ TSP garlic powder
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon fine Parmesan cheese
1/3 teaspoons of olive oil

Putting It Together

Step 1: wash pork chops-(don't forget to do for one of your baked pork chop recipes.)
Step 2: Trim any excess fat of the chops.
Step 3: use only the protein from the egg separated. beat the egg white and evaporated milk for one minute.
Step 4: Place pork chops in the mixture of milk and set-aside. make sure that pork chops are fully immersed in the milk mixture.
Step 5: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 6: Crumble fine bread crumbs in second large scale.
Step seven: Crush cornflakes, until they are very good and add it to the bowl.
Step 8: add salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, parmesan cheese and red pepper the bowl.
Step Nine: light grease a glass or metal non-stick 13 by 9 inch baking dish with olive oil.
Step 10: when is preheated oven, remove the chops of the milk mixture.
Step eleven: Dip in the cream and herb mixture. both parties shall thoroughly coat.
Step twelve: in a single layer, pork chops, towns and villages in the baking dish
Step thirteen: bake for 20 minutes.
Step 14: turn the chops and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Tips

Serve over a bed of rice or couscous. Add Steamed vegetable green as asparagus or broccoli. the fat content, by weight, if you still want to further reduce, the baking dish for a roasting pan with slats. the fat will trickle through the slats and collect in the bottom of the pan. remember, still fat the roasting pan with olive oil to prevent sticking.
